Note: Only school administrators and teachers can manage availability.
- If you are a school administrator, you can view and manage the availabilities of all the teachers in the organization.
- If you are a teacher, you can view and manage only your availability.
The following image shows the Availability page in which a school administrator can view and change the teacher availabilities. The sample data shows the school called 'ABC XYC' school has a 'Teacher T' with an open availability every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 11 am to 2:30 pm ending 30th of June.
Note: The calendar time slots that are highlighted in gray mention the teacher's availability for the current week.
If you'd like to switch between teachers to see their availability, select the preferred teacher from the dropdown menu next to the Availability title of the page at the top left corner of the page.
